Shipping Policy

My goal is to get you your parcel as cheaply and efficiently as possible.
I currently ship within Canada, and the United States and more countries coming soon.

NOTE: All Postal & Courier services have added significant fuel surcharges so unfortunately - we all are paying more.

 

Porch Pirates, Missing or Stolen Items. I send all parcels with tracking. If an item shows as delivered via the tracking, it is then deemed as delivered. If it is stolen from your porch or mailbox, then unfortunately I can not replace it. As an option for safer delivery, consider having your order delivered to a work address or a neighbour that is home days. 

 

 

Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days from order confirmation (excluding weekends, holidays or special/custom orders).
 
Every order receives an order confirmation email. A tracking number will be included in an email along with a link to track it. If you do not receive the email, please check your JUNK EMAIL folder. It is common that they end up in there.

Packaging

All orders are rolled and placed into a tube for delivery. Please open your parcel CAREFULLY.

If your package arrives damaged, please notify me immediately and supply photo proof of the damage. One a claim is made with my shipping company, I will then work with you to get a replacement print to you asap.

 

Returns

Due to the nature of custom prints and the cost of shipping, I DO NOT accept returns. 

 

 

Tips on saving on postage...

I know, we all hate to pay for postage. The big players like Amazon get huge discounts and can offer free shipping, but for small businesses - that is just not the case. BUT, there are still ways to save.  

Postal rates work within a package size/weight/distance ratio system. Knowing the system and being efficient with how I pack every order, I get the most cost effective way I can that is speedy includes tracking. My shipping rates to you, are what I pay - simple.


How to save: 

The cost to ship one print is the same to ship 2, 3 or 4.

 

 Shipping in Canada:

Western Provinces: Allow 5-10 business days for delivery, from the time you receive a SHIPPED NOTIFICATION email from me.

Eastern Provinces: Allow 8-15 business days for delivery, from the time you receive a SHIPPED NOTIFICATION email from me.

 

USA / International:

Allow 10-25 business days for delivery, from the time you receive a SHIPPED NOTIFICATION email from me. Potential delays from Customs (which are beyond my control), may happen. Please be patient. If after 30 days you have not received your order, please contact me promptly, and I will do my absolute best to solve the issue.

NOTE: ** Orders traveling across the border may be subject to IMPORT TAXES & DUTY. If deemed to have a duty charge by Customs services, the additional charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are NOT included in my price.
